YES!
I’ve eaten so healthily today! For breakfast I had an 8oz cup of peach yogurt (80 calories). For lunch I had an apple (50 calories). For a snack I had some grapes (30 calories). For dinner we’re going to have grilled chicken and something else. I’m literally praying that my mom doesn’t make pasta with it. I can’t afford to eat all of the extra calories in pasta. Hopefully we just have chicken and salad. My goal today is to eat under 400 calories. So far I’ve eating 160 calories. I just hope that I don’t end up snacking after dinner. I’ll have to avoid being near the kitchen and pantry tonight after dinner. I need to lose more weight. I’m getting closer and closer to my uwg!
